Payment
You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout. Bank transfers are only available for business customers. No fees are charged for card payments. The amount will only be debited from your card when the item is shipped. In case of partial deliveries, only the amount for the items shipped in that particular consignment will be debited.
Delivery
We ship from Denmark with a tracking number. The expected delivery time for orders with personalised text is typically 5-21 days. Some dog tags are produced in-house in Aulum, while others are produced by our partners – delivery times may therefore vary from product to product. We will contact you directly if an item cannot be delivered on time against expectations.
The shipping cost to your country is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Right of withdrawal
Please note that there is no right of withdrawal for personally produced items. All our dog tags and military tags are manufactured with your own text, your own image, or other personal engraving/embossing, and are therefore specifically made for you. This means that the purchase cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started – cf. section 18, subsection 2, no. 3 of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. We therefore recommend that you thoroughly check your entered text before completing your purchase.
For items without personalised text or engraving, the usual 14-day right of withdrawal applies, as with all other online purchases.
Exception: Should there, contrary to expectations, be a spelling error on your received tag compared to the text you submitted, we offer a full right of return. Simply return the tag along with a brief description of the error within 14 days of receipt, and we will send you a new set with the correct text.

Right to claim
A 24-month right to claim is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right to claim covers defects in material and/or manufacturing and does not apply to damages caused by incorrect use. Make a claim within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect – if you make a claim within two months, it is always timely.

Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us first at info@armytags.dk, and we will find a solution. If this does not lead to a solution, you can complain to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, naevneneshus.dk. You can also contact the consumer authorities in your own country.
