Refund policy

Here you can see what applies if you want to cancel a purchase, return an item or make a claim. The rules correspond to our terms and conditions.
Items with personalised text cannot be cancelled
Dog tags and tags with your own text, your own image or other personal embossing or engraving are made specifically for you. There is therefore no right of withdrawal on them, cf. section 18(2)(3) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. Please check your text carefully before completing your purchase.
If you have made a mistake in your text, write to us as soon as possible at info@armytags.dk. As long as production has not started, we can usually correct or cancel the order.
Spelling errors on our part
If the text on your tag does not match the text you entered, we will make a new one free of charge. Return the tag within 14 days of receipt along with a short description of the error.
14-day right of withdrawal on other items
Items without personalised text, e.g. chains, silencers, pendants and jewellery boxes, have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. Let us know at info@armytags.dk before the deadline. You then have 14 days to return the item.
You may inspect the item as you would in a physical shop. If it has been used beyond that, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the loss in value. You pay the return shipping yourself.
Claims
You have a 24-month right to claim under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. It covers defects in materials and manufacturing, but not damage caused by incorrect use. Contact us as soon as you discover the defect. If you make a claim within two months, it is always in time. For a justified claim, we cover reasonable shipping costs.
Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or incorrect.
How to return
- Write to info@armytags.dk with your order number and what you want to return.
- Send the item to: Armytags, Jernbanegade 7, 7490 Aulum, Denmark. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
- Include your order number in the parcel.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item without personalised text, return it according to the rules above and place a new order.
Refunds
If you cancel a purchase, we refund the purchase price and the original shipping (corresponding to our cheapest delivery option) to your original payment method no later than 14 days after we have received your notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back.
Withdrawal form
You may use this form when you cancel, but it is not required. An email with the same information is enough.
